KB Pro Miami Diluter is formulated to work perfectly with K.B Pro Pigments, this KB Pro Dilutor has been custom designed to soften the intensity of K.B Pro Brow Pigments.
Use it to dilute brow pigments for shading or powder effects, or eyeliner pigments for soft, shaded eyeliners. Great as a thinner for older or drying pigments!
