What are your delivery options and how much is shipping?
Orders over $300 will receive FREE Standard Shipping!*
- Orders need to be placed before 2pm AEST for same day shipping**.
- Expected time for deliveries is 3-10 Business days for Standard Postage and 1-2 Business days for Express Postage within Australia. Please allow extra time for international and non-metropolitan area deliveries. Delivery times for all locations in Australia can be calculated based on postcodes using the Australia Post link below. The “From” postcode for THink MBC is 4061.
- Shipping costs are based on the published rates for Australia Post Express Post or Parcel Post plus a modest charge for handling, tracking and delivery support. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of order placement.
- THink MBC is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and on Queensland and Australian Public Holidays.
- Australia Post and international affiliates do not normally deliver on public holidays or weekends. Australia Post may deliver on a Saturday.
- Shipping may take additional time during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather.
- Address cannot be changed once order is processed. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure THink MBC has the correct delivery address.
* Selected machines are not included in free postage offer for orders over $300.
**Machines may take longer to be dispatched (not same day in some cases).
- A signature is required for all deliveries unless Safe Drop is requested.
- If you request Safe Drop, say for your package to be left at your front door, that will be at your own risk.
- Only one delivery attempt will normally be made, after which packages need to be collected from the designated Local Post Office (LPO) advised by Australia Post (or affiliate service provider for overseas deliveries).
- If you wish for a second re-delivery attempt to be made, additional charges will apply.

What is the return and exchange policy?
We have a 7-day return / exchange policy upon receiving the order, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Defective or incorrect items must be brought to our attention within this period, we will not be able to send out replacement products or ‘missing items’ outside the 7-day period.
- For change of mind the item must be in its original purchase condition, packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner (only store credit will only be applied once the product has been received and checked for damage).
- Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
- This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as Non-exchangeable or Non-returnable.
*PLEASE NOTE: MACHINES ARE A NON-REFUNDABLE ITEM DUE TO HEALTH AND SAFETY CONCERNS. WE CANNOT ACCEPT OR REFUND MACHINE RETURNS.

For change of mind returns, the shipping cost falls on the customer to send it to the shipping address below to be assessed for store credit. Please note, any parcels that arrive as ‘return to sender’ for change of mind will incur a fee that will be deducted if awarded store credit.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If item is damaged/defective, please return defective item along with packaging still intact as we will send these defective items back to the manufacturer.

What is the process for receiving a refund?
Refunds will be given in the form of store credit on your account with us to be used on your next order. In some circumstances, the amount can be refunded via credit card or direct deposit.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If an item is out of stock and we are unable to send it out to you as part of your order, it will state “BACKORDER” next to the item on your invoice in the delivery package.
The item will be sent out to you as soon as it is back in stock and we will pay for postage! We will also call you when sending out backorders in case you would like to take advantage of the free postage option and add to the order.
