1. How long does it take for my package to arrive?
We offer flat rate express shipping for all our orders. Expected time for deliveries is 1-2 business days within Australia & NZ please allow extra time for international and non-metropolitan area orders. If your order has not arrived after 3 days please contact us so we can find out what has happened!
2. Do you have a store I can buy and browse products ?
We have our store based in The Gap, Brisbane. You are welcome to come in during business hours (Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm) to browse products and see them in action! Our experienced technicians and trainers of our sister company THink Aesthetics are usually on hand to answer any questions and to recommend products.
3. Can I order if I live outside Australia and New Zealand?
We currently only ship orders within Australia and New Zealand. You are welcome to contact us if you do live in another country and we can see what we can do.
4. Do you ship to New Zealand?
As we are sole distributors for several brands, we are currently only able to ship Nouveau Contour products within Australia. However, we are able to ship anything else we stock to New Zealand.
5. The item I want is out of stock. What do I do?
You can get in touch with us and we can let you know how long until the item is back in stock! We can also put it on backorder for you and send it out when it arrives from our suppliers and manufacturers overseas.
6. My item is on backorder. What does this mean?
When an item is placed on backorder, it means it unfortunately went out of stock during the processing time. The item will be sent out to you as soon as it is back in stock and we will pay for postage! We will also call you when sending out backorders in case you would like to take advantage of the free postage option and add to the order.
7. Can I come and trial your machines and products?
We are based in our sister company THink Aesthetics training facilities and have a few machines and products on hand for clients to trial and have a look! You are more then welcome to get in touch with us to organise an appointment to trial machines and have a demonstration.
8. Do you offer bulk or wholesale prices?
Unfortunately we do not offer bulk prices. Any products available in packs are advertised as such.
9. Do you want something that we don’t currently stock?
We are always keen to hear feedback from our clients! If there is an item you would really like to see us stock please let us know! We will do our best to get them in.
